Shipping information

Orders are processed the same day, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. After 3pm orders will be processed the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

All item offerings are valid as long as they appear on the website.

Orders placed through our website can be shipped anywhere in the world. All orders are shipped to the delivery address indicated at the time of placing the order. If the customer has provided incorrect or insufficient contact information that results in the carrier returning the item, it will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

In order to confirm the shipment, the buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Since all our pieces are made-to-order, your item(s) will take between one to six weeks to be produced and then shipped to you. The shipping times may vary depending on your location.

UK shipping rate : £7 – Delivers in 3-4  business days once the order is produced and available to ship.

International shipping rate : the shipping rate is calculated automatically at the time of check out.

For shipments outside of the UK, please note that the international shipping fee is not inclusive of any customs or import duties and taxes that could be applied to your order when the package reaches your destination. International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of extra taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery.

Returns and exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange your piece of jewellery for any reason, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to contact us to initiate the return. All items must be in their original, unused, unworn, undamaged condition and packaged in the box provided.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns of engraved, personalised, or bespoke items, or of items damaged through normal wear and tear.

We cannot refund duties and taxes paid to clear customs.

1. Request a return by emailing with your order number, the name of the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason why the item(s) did not work out.

2. You will then receive a return authorisation and return instructions and return address.

3. Place the item(s) in the original jewellery box(es) provided and in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. Please make sure that the jewellery and jewellery box(es) are secure and will not move around in transit. Close the box and tape it securely.

We do not cover the cost of any return shipments and it is your responsibility to return the products to us safely. We recommend that you insure the return shipment and use a secure, trackable shipping method, that provides you with proof of sending as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them back.

In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to initiate the return process.

Once we have received the  order back within 14 days from date of delivery, it will be carefully  inspected. We have the right to refuse your return if the jewellery has not been returned in its original  condition, if part of the packaging is missing  or if  the items  show any signs of wear.  Once your return has passed inspection, we will refund you the price you paid for the items, using the same method you used to make payment within 30 days. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable and we are not liable for any fee charged by your bank.

Your items should be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery. Returns outside this time frame will only be accepted at our discretion.
